Kesey Kesey was the Grand Marshall of the annual Rhododendron Festival Parade in Florence, Oregon by the Chamber of Commerce. Bob Dahl, the owner of the LAUGHING CLAM Restaurant, was the Chamber president. Kesey was a fun and friendly Grand Marshall.
